Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing mode on self-efficacy of breastfeeding in highrisk pregnant women. Methods A total of 120 primiparas with high-risk pregnancy admitted by Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects, and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group took routine nursing mode, and the observation group took evidence-based nursing mode. The scores of breastfeeding self-efficacy (BSES) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. The two groups were followed up for 6 months after delivery to compare the breastfeeding rate. Results There was no significant difference in BSES scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the BSES score of the two groups was higher than that before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The breastfeeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 1 d and 6 months postpartum, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing model can improve breastfeeding self-efficacy and breastfeeding rate of high-risk pregnant women, and obtain higher nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
