聚焦解决模式下的健康教育对骨质疏松性骨折患者运动功能和康复进程的影响

摘要 目的 探讨聚焦解决模式下的健康教育在骨质疏松性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年10月至2021年10月九江市中医医院收治的82 例骨质疏松性骨折患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(41 例)和干预组(41 例)。对照组患者实施常规健康教育,干预组患者实施聚焦解决模式下的健康教育,两组患者均持续干预1 个月。比较两组患者干预前后的运动功能[Fugl-Meyer 评定量表(FMA)]、心理状态[90 项症状自评量表(SCL-90)]、骨折愈合效果、并发症发生情况、住院时间。结果 干预前,两组患者的FMA、SCL-90 评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的FMA 评分高于干预前,SCL-90 评分低于干预前,干预组患者的FMA 评分高于对照组,SCL-90 评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者的骨折愈合优良率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 聚焦解决模式下的健康教育利于改善骨折疏松性骨折患者运动功能和心理状态,并加快康复进程。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of health education under the focus solution model in patients with osteoporotic fracture. Methods A total of 82 patients with osteoporotic fractures treated in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as subjects. They were divided into control group (41 cases) and intervention group (41 cases) according to random number table method. The control group received routine health education, and the intervention group received health education under the focus solution model.Intervention lasted for 1 month in both groups. The motor function (Fugl-Meyer assessment [FMA]), mental state (symptom checklist-90 [SCL-90]) and fracture healing effect, complications and hospital stay were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in FMA and SCL-90 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the FMA scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, the SCL-90 scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, the FMA score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the SCL-90 score was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education under the focus solution model is helpful to improve the motor function and psychological state of patients with osteoporotic fracture, and speed up the rehabilitation process.
