Abstract：Objective To analyze the application value of positive psychological suggestion in breastfeeding.Methods A total of 100 primiparas with delivery in our hospital from January to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine education and nursing of breastfeeding,and the observation group was given positive psychological suggestion based on the control group.The pain degree of breastfeeding,complications,breastfeeding rate,neonatal weight and maternal satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The neonatal weight and score of satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the score of visual analogue scale (VAS) in observation group was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The exclusive breastfeeding rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Positive psychological suggestion can improve exclusive breastfeeding rate and nursing satisfaction of primipara,relieve pain of breastfeeding,decrease the incidence of complications,and promote neonatal growth and development.
