Application effect of classification management programs for rescue vehicles

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of classification management programs for rescue vehicles.Methods The usage situations of 71 rescue vehicles from General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co., Ltd. and Pingxiang Second People′s Hospital before the implementation of classification management programs were retrospectively analyzed between January and December 2018. The classification management programs for rescue vehicles were formulated based on this and officially clinically applied between January and December 2020. Before and after the implementation of hierarchical management scheme, the loss of expired drugs in the rescue vehicle, waste amount of money, total spending time of rescue vehicles management and satisfaction of medical staffs with management programs were compared. Results After the implementation of hierarchical management plan, the amount of expired drugs and the consumption amount of rescue vehicles were lower than before, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality control times of rescue car department, the quality control times of nursing department and the quality control time of nursing staff in the department were lower than before, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). A total of 71 medical staff participated in the satisfaction evaluation of this study protocol, After the implementation of hierarchical management scheme, the total satisfaction of medical staff was higher than before, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The classification management programs of rescue vehicles are of clinical application value, which can reduce drugs waste and improve work efficiency of quality control, with high plans satisfaction in medical staffs.
