Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Amiodarone on the emergency treatment of tachyarrhythmia cardioversion. Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,72 patients with tachyarrhythmia admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine of Zhongguancun Hospital in Beijing were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36)using random number table method. The control group was treated with Propafenone, and the observation group was treated with Amiodarone. The total effective rate, heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),PR interval,QT interval and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HR,DBP and SBP of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment and the indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment in the two groups were longer than before treatment, and the PR interval and QT interval in the observation group after treatment were longer than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone has a definite effect on the emergency treatment of tachyarrhythmia cardioversion, which can keep the patient's heart rate stable, with few adverse reactions and high safety.
