Abstract：Objective To study the changes of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in patients with serum fixation of early syphilis,and to explore the immune status of patients.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,30 patients with serum fixation of early syphilis in the Department of Dermatology of Huizhou Central People's Hospital were selected as the observation group.Another 30 patients with the negative serological test for syphilis(TURST)after standardized antisyphilitic treatment were the negative conversion group.Another 30 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in the three groups were compared.Results The IL-2 level in observation group was lower than that in the negative conversion group and control group,and the IL-10 level was higher than that in the negative conversion group and control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in IL-2 and IL-10 levels between the negative group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Patients with serum fixation of early syphilis have some immunosuppression and immune imbalance.In clinical treatment of syphilis,in addition to antibiotics,personalized immune intervention measures should be combined.
