Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Jian′er Fanggan Decoction in the treatment of lung-spleen-qi deficiency recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 67 children with lung-spleen-qi deficiency and recurrent respiratory tract infection who received treatment in the First Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Huizhou City, Guangdong Province from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the research group(n=34)and the control group(n=33)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Jian′er Fanggan Decoction. The research group used thunder fire moxibustion combined with Jian′er Fanggan Decoction for treatment. Main symptoms before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (include shaohua, sweat, stool stem node), secondary symptoms (god fatigue, cough, shortness of breath, oral color light)integral, immune factors(immunoglobulin M[IgM],immunoglobulin A [IgA], immunoglobulin G[IgG]), inflammation factors (interleukin-6 [IL-6]and interleukin-10 [IL-10], C-reactive protein [CRP]) were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of primary and secondary syndromes in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgM, IgA and IgG in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-10 and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with Jian′er Fanggan Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of spleen-qi deficiency, effectively enhance their immune function and control the level of serum inflammatory factors. The combined efficacy of the two is high, and it is suggested to be further promoted in clinical application.
