解语方联合针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语症的临床效果

摘要目的观察解语方联合针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语症患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年12月在南京市中西医结合医院脑病科收治的85 例缺血性脑卒中后失语症患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=43）和观察组（n=42），对照组采用脑卒中对症治疗及言语康复训练，观察组加用中药汤剂解语方及针灸治疗，疗程均为2 周，观察并比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者语言功能评分均高于本组治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的听理解、口语表达、复述、书写评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论解语方联合针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语症可明显改善患者失语症状和降低失语严重程度，并提高临床疗效。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jieyu Prescription combined with acupuncture in the treatment of aphasia after ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 85 patients with aphasia after ischemic stroke in the Department of Encephalology of Nanjing Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group (n=43) and observation group (n=42) according to random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with symptomatic treatment and speech rehabilitation training for stroke. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction Jieyu Prescription and acupuncture. Two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical effect of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the scores of language function of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The listening comprehension, oral expression, retelling and writing scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Jieyu Prescription combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of ischemic stroke aphasia can significantly improve the aphasia symptoms, reduce the severity of aphasia, and improve the clinical curative effect.
