Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application of acupoint stimulation and regulation method in patients with severe hepatitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with severe hepatitis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and divide into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the o bservation group received conventional treatment combined with acupoint stimulation and regulation method. The anxiety score, sleep quality and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the self-rating anxiety scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistical significances in subjective sleep quality, time to fall sleep, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorder, use of sleeping drugs and daytime functional scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, subjective sleep quality, time to fall sleep, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorder, use of sleeping drugs and daytime function scores in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing acupoint stimulation control method for patients with severe hepatitis can relieve patients′ anxiety, optimize sleep quality, and improve patients′ satisfaction with treatment.
