Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer with chronic gastritis. Methods A total of 200 patients with peptic ulcer associated with chronic gastritis in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected. They were divided into two groups by random number table method, and all patients were given basic medicationand, the control group was treated with Ranitidine, the observation group was treated with Omeprazole. The clinical symptoms recovery time, adverse reaction, total treatment efficiency and ulcer healing rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the recovery time of abdominal pain, belching, acid reflux, nemia, nausea and vomiting in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group; the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group; the total efficiency of the observation group was 98.00%,higher than that in the control group of 77.00%,the ulcer healing rate of the observation group was 82.00%,which was higher than that of the control group of 62.00%,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Omeprazole in patients with peptic ulcer accompanied by chronic gastritis can effectively shorten the recovery time of clinical symptoms, reduce the rate of adverse reactions, and improve the treatment efficiency and ulcer healing rate.It has achieved good clinical results and is suitable for clinical use.
