Objective To explore effect of evidence-based personalized nursing combined with Glycerini and Magnesium Sulfate enema to relieve abdominal distension after cesarean section. Methods A total of 60 cases of cesarean section women admitted to Ruijin Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing after delivery, and the experimental group was given personalized nursing based on evidence-based concept, combined with Glycerini and Magnesium Sulfate enema nursing intervention after delivery. The recovery after cesarean section, self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The first time of anal exhaust, recovery time of spontaneous defecation, relief time of abdominal distention and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group after cesarean section, and fecal volume was more than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the score of SAS and SDS in experimental group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications after cesarean section between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based personalized nursing combined with Glycerini and Magnesium Sulfate enema can improve abdominal distension after cesarean section.
