Objective To explore the application effect of acceptance and commitment therapy nursing intervention in postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 120 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of Dongguan Kanghua Hospital from February 2019 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases) by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group received acceptance and commitment therapy nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The general perceived self-efficacy scale (GSES) and limb function scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention, and the compliance of functional exercise was compared between the two groups after intervention. Results After intervention, the GSES score and limb function score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05). After intervention, the compliance of functional exercise in the observation group was better than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting acceptance and commitment therapy nursing intervention for postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve patients′ self-efficacy and functional exercise compliance, and improve patients′ limb function.
