Objective To explore the application value of specialized disease integrated nursing in type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the General Hospital of the First People′s Hospital of Jiujiang City from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given routine nursing combined with integrated nursing intervention. The blood glucose index, blood lipid index, cognitive score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 h PBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The indexes of total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG)in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of disease cognition in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of specialized disease integrated nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively control blood glucose,improve blood lipid level, and enhance patients′ cognition of the disease, so as to control the disease from many aspects, with significant application value. The patients received high quality nursing service and gave high evaluation.
