Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with language training on language disorders after stroke. Methods A total of 100 patients with post-stroke language impairment who were treated in the First People′s Hospital of Shenyang City from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 50 cases each group. The patients in the control group were treated with language training for language disorder rehabilitation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint massage combined with language training for language disorder rehabilitation. The improvement of language disorder and the quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement degree of language impairment in observation group was better than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of acupoint massage and language training in the treatment of poststroke patients with language disorder can significantly improve the patients′ language disorder as well as their quality of life. It has a good clinical effect and is worthy of promotion and application.
