Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the patients with kidney stones. Methods A total of 94 patients with renal stones who underwent minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsis in Shenyang Red Cross Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the reference group(n=47)and the study group(n=47).Patients in the reference group were given routine nursing, and patients in the research group were given evidence-based nursing. The classification of pain and the total incidence of complications before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistical significance in the pain grading before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain grading of the two groups after nursing was better than before nursing, and the pain grading of the research group was better than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 4.26%,lower than 21.29% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with kidney stones has a significant effect, which can effectively relieve postoperative pain and reduce complications, and has the value of promotion and application.
