基于社会心理因素的情感关爱干预在恶性骨肿瘤患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨基于社会心理因素的情感关爱干预在恶性骨肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月至2021年6月江西省肿瘤医院收治的60 例恶性骨肿瘤患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组，每组各30 例。对照组患者采用常规护理，试验组患者采用基于社会心理因素的情感关爱干预护理。比较两组患者的生命质量测定量表（QLQ-C30）、健康调查简表（SF-36）评分以及视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分。结果护理前，两组患者的QLQ-C30 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后，试验组患者的QLQ-C30 评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理前，两组患者的SF-36 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后，试验组患者的SF-36 评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理前，两组患者的VAS 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后，试验组患者的VAS 评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论恶性骨肿瘤患者采取基于社会心理因素的情感关爱干预，能够提高患者依从性，缓解患者痛感，改善患者生命质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of emotional care intervention based on social psychological factors in patients with malignant bone tumor.Methods A total of 60 patients with malignant bone tumor admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from October 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in the experimental group were treated with emotional care intervention nursing based on social psychological factors.Quality of life questionnaire core scale(QLQ-C30),short form 36 health survey(SF-36)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in QLQ-C30 score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,QLQ-C30 score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in SF-36 score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significance in VAS score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,VAS score of experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with malignant bone tumor,emotional care intervention based on social psychological factors can improve patient compliance,relieve patients′ pain,and improve patients′ quality of life.
