Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of emotional care intervention based on social psychological factors in patients with malignant bone tumor.Methods A total of 60 patients with malignant bone tumor admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from October 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in the experimental group were treated with emotional care intervention nursing based on social psychological factors.Quality of life questionnaire core scale(QLQ-C30),short form 36 health survey(SF-36)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in QLQ-C30 score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,QLQ-C30 score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in SF-36 score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significance in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,VAS score of experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with malignant bone tumor,emotional care intervention based on social psychological factors can improve patient compliance,relieve patients′ pain,and improve patients′ quality of life.
