Abstract：Objective To discuss the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine Detoxification Antiitching Solution on uremia hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 44 patients with uremia hemodialysis and skin pruritus admitted to Jiujiang First People′s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group and observation groups according to random number table method,with 22 cases in each group.The control group used Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream external coating treatment combined with targeted nursing,the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine Detoxification Antiitching Solution external coating or immersion treatment combined with targeted nursing.The treatment effect,symptoms scores before and after treatment and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The symptom score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine Detoxification Antiitching Solution on uremia hemodialysis patients is remarkable,which can effectively relieve the itching degree of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine Detoxification Antiitching Solution combined with targeted nursing can effectively improve their nursing satisfaction and promote the harmony between doctors,nurses and patients.
