Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of real-time feedback device in cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching. Methods A total of 40 senior clinical medicine undergraduates who were practicing in Changzheng Hospital Affiliated to Naval Military Medical University in December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the computer random number method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 20 cases in each group.Conventional hands-free cardiopulmonary resuscitation was performed in the control group, and hands-free cardiopulmonary resuscitation was performed in the observation group with real-time feedback device. The compression frequency, compression depth, full thoracic rebound ratio and the overall compression pass rate of the two groups of students were compared. Results The compression depth of the observation group was deeper than that of the control group, the frequency of chest external compression was lower than that of the control group, and the proportion of thoracic rebound was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of pressing depth >5 cm and pressing frequency 100-120 times/min in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall press qualified rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Real-time feedback device can obviously improve the quality parameters of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, which is worth using in clinical teaching.
