Abstract:Flipped classroom(FC)takes students as the main body,changes the teaching process,promotes the internalization of students′ knowledge,and becomes a promising inquiry teaching mode.Multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment(MDT)emphasizes comprehensive and individual diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and its application in medical teaching is helpful to train students′ systematic clinical thinking,which has become a direction of clinical teaching reform.In this paper,the characteristics and application prospects of FC and MDT models were analyzed,and the experience and thinking of the combined application of the two models in hematology teaching of professional graduate students in the Affiliated Jiangning Hospital with Nanjing Medical University were summarized,so as to provide some reference for improving the clinical competence of professional graduate students in the diagnosis and treatment of hematology diseases and improving the teaching level of teachers.
