Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of knowledge,belief and action mode in the health education of elderly patients with H type hypertension.Methods A total of 100 H type hypertension patients admitted to Department of General Medicine of Guilin People′s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and observation group by lottery,with 50 patients in each group.The control group adopted routine health education,and the observation group adopted the health education mode of knowledge,belief and action.Blood pressure level,health knowledge awareness rate,medication compliance,blood pressure control rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The health knowledge awareness rate,medication compliance and blood pressure control compliance rate in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the health education of elderly patients with H type hypertension,the mode of knowledge,belief and action can not only improve the mastery of disease knowledge of patients,but also improve the level of blood pressure of patients,improve the quality of life,which is worth promoting.
