Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation of serum amyloid protein(SAA),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HS-CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels in children with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome(PNS).Methods A total of 60 children with primary nephrotic syndrome admitted to Fuzhou First People′s Hospital from May 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 60 healthy children in the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of SAA,HS-CRP and PCT were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of SAA,Hs-CRP and PCT in PNS children were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis of SAA,Hs-CRP and PCT in PNS children showed that PCT level was positively correlated with SAA,hs-CRP level(P<0.05).Hs-CRP level was positively correlated with SAA level(P<0.05).Conclusion SAA,HS-CRP and PCT can help the diagnosis of primary nephrotic syndrome in children to a certain extent.
