In order to meet professional postgraduate training requirements and development of the nursing industry, it is an important measures to train part-time nursing professional degree masters into high-level specialist practical nursing talents. The master degree of part-time nursing professional degree emphasizes professional practice ability, and has similarities with the training of professional nurses. At the same time, the two training can reduce the waste of time, human resources, and help the better development of nursing career in China. It is necessary to strengthen and improve the top-level design of the combined training for part-time nursing master′s degree and specialized nurses, actively promote the homogeneous training system for specialized nurses, and further promote the cooperation between the government, colleges and medical institutions, and promote the implementation of the combined training policy and the classified and orderly promotion of the combined training. This article explore the combined training model by expounding the status quo and advantages of the combined training of the two. It is expected to provide ideas for the joint training of senior nursing practice talents between universities and the industry.
