Objective To explore the target and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions (IUA) by network pharmacology. Methods Data mining literatures related to traditional Chinese medicine treatment of IUA published in CNKI and other databases were searched to make statistics of the high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine involved, and the mechanism of action of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine treatment of IUA was analyzed by network pharmacology, and verified by molecular docking technology. Results The top 6 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines in the literature were Angelica sinensis, Rehmannia glutinosa, Ligusticum wallichii, peach kernel, safflower and Achyranthes bidentata. Network pharmacology analysis including cell p53 tumor antigen (TP53), signal transduction and transcriptional activation factor 3 (STAT3), silk crack the original activated protein kinase 1 (MAPK1) and other 64 core targets, mainly involves the process of cell apoptosis, cell proliferation regulation, drug reactions, such as biological processes, cytoplasm, nuclear pulp, extracellular cell structures such as area, protein binding, enzyme binding, transcription factor binding and other molecular functions and T cell receptor signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway and other signaling pathways. The molecular docking showed that the core drug chemical components had good binding ability with the core target. Conclusion High-frequency traditional Chinese medicine treatment of IUA may play a therapeutic role by regulating TP53, STAT3, MAPK1 and other core targets, activating T cell receptor signaling pathway and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway to regulate endometrial cell proliferation and differentiation, local inflammation and immune regulation.
