Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the effect of three different blood purification modes on the renal function indexes and nutritional status of patients with chronic renal failure and uremia,and to observe the adverse reactions during the application of different blood purification methods.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic renal failure and uremia admitted to Liaoyang Central Hospital in Liaoning Province from April 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used to divide them into group A with 40 cases,group B with 40 cases,and group C with 40 cases.Group A was given conventional hemodialysis treatment,group B was given high-flux hemodialysis treatment,group C was given hemodiafiltration treatment.The renal function indexes and nutrition-related indexes of patients of the three groups were compared,and the adverse reactions during the treatment period were observed.Results The levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),urine protein,and serum creatinine(SCr)after treatment in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,the blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels in the three groups were higher than those before treatment,the levels of ESR,urine protein,and SCr in group B were lower than those of groups A and C,and the BUN level in group B was higher than that of groups A and C,the levels of ESR,urine protein,SCr and BUN in group A were higher than those in group C,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),and hemoglobin(Hb)after treatment in the three groups were higher than those before treatment,the levels of TP,ALB,PA and Hb in group B were higher than those in groups A and C,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of high-flux hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure and uremia is significantly better than that of conventional hemodialysis and hemodiafiltration treatment.It not only effectively facilitates patients′ renal function indicators,but also helps to improve the patients′ nutritional status without increasing adverse reactions during the treatment period in high safety.
