Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of secondary prevention management mode based on "Internet+" in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease treated in Foshan Second People′s Hospital from August 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases) by random number table method. The control group received routine follow-up management plan, while the observation group adopted the secondary prevention management mode based on "Internet+". The disease self-management ability (CSMs), quality of life (SAQ) before and after intervention, incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and rehospitalization rate were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of CSMS and SAQ before intervention (P>0.05). The scores of CSMS and SAQ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and rehospitalization rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The secondary prevention management mode based on "Internet+" can improve the selfmanagement ability and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events and relapse rate.
