Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of graded management midwifery nursing model in advanced second-born mothers. Methods A total of 180 elderly women with two births who delivered in Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group (90 cases) and study group (90 cases). The control group received routine nursing, and the study group implemented the intervention of hierarchical management midwifery nursing mode. The mode of delivery, duration of labor, incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of natural delivery in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the rate of cesarean section was lower than that in the control group, the mode of delivery the two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the total nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical management midwifery nursing model can improve the natural delivery rate of elderly second child pregnant women, shorten the time of each stage of labor, reduce the occurrence of adverse events and improve nursing satisfaction.
