Abstract:Objective To explore the value of Ranunculus ternatus on liver function of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods A total of 80 cases who was diagnosed as tuberculosis in the tuberculosis ward in the Fifth People′s Hospital of Ganzhou City from August 2019 to August 2020 were used tetralogy (Isoniazid, Rifampicin, Pyrazinamide, Ethambutol) anti-tuberculosis drugs and divided into Observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. For liver function protection, the control group was given Dangfeiliganning Capsule, the observation group was given Ranunculus ternatus. Then the changes of liver function related indexes and liver fibrosis related indexes between the two groups were ompared, count the first time of abnormal liver function and the time of liver function recovery during treatment, the clinical effect of anti-tuberculosis treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin (TBil) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the levels of hyaluronic acid (HA) and procollagen Ⅲ(PC Ⅲ) in the related indexes of liver fibrosis in the observation group were lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The liver function in the observation group recovered earlier than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). During the follow-up period of half a year, the sputum bacteria conversion rate and chest film absorption improvement rate in the observation group were higher than control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of Ranunculus ternatus to regulate the liver function of patients who have been treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs for a long time can effectively improve the liver function of patients and inhibit the formation of liver fibrosis and improve the clinical anti-tuberculosis treatment effect.
