人文关怀在恢复期精神分裂症护理中的应用及对患者自我认知、治疗依从性的影响

摘要目的探讨人文关怀在恢复期精神分裂症护理中的应用及对患者自我认知、治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2020年11月于广州市民政局精神病院住院的86 例恢复期精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，采用随机掷硬币法将其分为对照组（n=42）和研究组（n=44）。研究组患者接受人文关怀护理，对照组患者接受常规护理。比较两组患者的治疗依从性、自知力及治疗态度问卷（ITAQ）评分与护理观察量表（NOSIE）评分变化以及护理总满意度。结果研究组患者护理3 个月后的治疗总依从率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者护理前的ITAQ评分、NOSIE评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；研究组患者护理3 个月后的ITAQ评分、NOSIE评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组护理3 个月后的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论人文关怀在恢复期精神分裂症护理中的应用效果理想，能提高患者的自我认知能力与治疗依从性，提升患者家属的护理满意度，适合在临床中推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in the nursing of convalescent schizophrenia and its influence on self-cognition and treatment compliance.Methods A total of 86 patients with convalescent schizophrenia who were hospitalized in Mental Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau from July 2019 to November 2020 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group (n=42) and study group (n=44) by random coin toss method.Patients in the study group were provided with humanistic care,and patients in the control group were provided with routine care.The treatment compliance,changes in insight and treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ) score and nurses′ observation scale for inpatient evaluation (NOSIE) score and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of nursing,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in ITAQ score and NOSIE score before nursing between the two groups (P＞0.05).The ITAQ score and NOSIE score of the study group were higher than those of the control group after 3 months of nursing,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of nursing,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of humanistic care in the nursing of convalescent schizophrenia is ideal,which can improve patients′ self-cognitive ability and treatment compliance,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients′ family members.It is suitable for clinical application.
