压疮风险预警系统对老年患者术后康复期间医院获得性压疮的预防效果

摘要目的分析压疮风险预警系统对老年患者术后康复期间医院获得性压疮（HAPU）的预防效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月于临川区人民医院进行手术治疗的200 例老年患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各100 例。对照组术后康复期间均实施常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上应用压疮风险预警系统进行护理干预。比较两组患者HAPU 总发生率、压疮护理质量及护理前后生活质量。结果观察组护理后HAPU 总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理后压疮预防减压及时率、压疮预防支撑面正确使用率、体位摆放正确率、营养干预实施率及健康教育实施率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理后生理职能、精神健康、躯体疼痛、精力项目评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论压疮风险预警系统对老年患者术后康复期间HAPU 的预防价值显著，可明显提升压疮护理质量，对患者生活质量及预后结局的改善具有重要意义，可考虑临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the efficacy of pressure ulcer risk warning system in the prevention of hospital-acquired pressure ulcer (HAPU) in elderly patients during postoperative rehabilitation.Methods A total of 200 elderly patients who underwent surgical treatment in Linchuan District People′s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was implemented in the control group during postoperative rehabilitation,and nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group on the basis of pressure ulcer risk warning system in the control group.The of total incidence of HAPU,pressure ulcer nursing quality and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of HAPU in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The timely rate of pressure ulcer prevention decompression,the correct utilization rate of pressure ulcer prevention support surface,the correct rate of posture placement,the implementation rate of nutrition intervention and the implementation rate of health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The physiological function,mental health,physical pain,energy items scores of observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Pressure ulcer risk warning system has significant preventive value on HAPU in elderly patients during postoperative rehabilitation,it can significantly improve the quality of care for pressure ulcer,and has important significance for improving the quality of life and prognosis of patients,so it can be considered for clinical promotion and application.
