Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of in-hospital simulated home rehabilitation combined with planning the out-of-hospital environment of home rehabilitation in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated in Jingdezhen First People′s Hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object.According to the order of admission,50 patients hospitalized from September 2019 to April 2020 were set as the control group, and 50 patients hospitalized from May to December 2020 were divided into the experimental group. The control group used telephone to guide the patients′ home rehabilitation, and the test group gave in-hospital simulated home rehabilitation combined with out-ofhospital planning home rehabilitation on the basis of the intervention of the control group. The 6-minute walking distance(6MWD),health questionnaire depression scale(PHQ 9),generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAD7) and Seattle angina questionnaire score(SAQ)were compared between the two groups. Results After 12 weeks of intervention, the 6MWD in the test group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of PHQ9 and GAD7 in the test group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of SAQ in the test group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In-hospital simulated home rehabilitation combined with out-of-hospital planning home rehabilitation environment can improve the exercise endurance and mental state of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, and improve the quality of life.
