Abstract：Endometrial atypical polypoid adenomyoma（APA) is a special type of endometrial polypoid lesion,which is relatively rare in clinical work.It mostly occurs in premenopausal women,and rarely occurs in postmenopausal women.Abnormal vaginal bleeding,pelvic pain,infertility,intrauterine mass,and vaginal discharge,etc.,are diagnosed by pathological examination.APA is a benign lesion with a low incidence rate,but it has the potential of recurrence and low-grade malignant transformation,which should be paid attention to.This study shared a case of a postmenopausal woman with irregular vaginal bleeding who was diagnosed with APA by hysteroscopy and underwent total hysterectomy plus double adnexectomy.Postmenopausal APA patients are relatively rare in clinical work,and there is still a lack of experience and unified treatment principles for the diagnosis and treatment of such patients.Clinicians share and provide reference.
