Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zoledronic Acid Injection,Ossotide Injection and Vitamin D2 Phosphate Calcium Glucose Tablets combined in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods A total of 44 elderly patients with osteoporosis admitted to Gaozhou People′s Hospital from July 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group (22 cases) and treatment group (22 cases) by random number table method.Control group received routine treatment (Vitamin D2 Phosphate Calcium Glucose Tablets+Ossotide Injection).Patients in the treatment group received combined treatment(Vitamin D2 Phosphate Calcium Glucose Tablets + Ossotide Injection + Zoledronic Acid Injection).Both groups were treated for 6 months.The total effective rate,bone mineral density of lumbar spine and femoral neck before and after treatment,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group (95.45%) was higher than that of the control group (59.09%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density of lumbar L1-4 and femoral neck in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the bone mineral density of lumbar L1-4 and femoral neck in treatment group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).During treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group (13.64%) was lower than that in the control group (100.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Zoledronic Acid Injection,Ossotide Injection and Vitamin D2 Phosphate Calcium Glucose Tablets combined can effectively improve the bone density of elderly patients with osteoporosis,with significant efficacy and high safety.
