Abstract：Objective To explore the anesthesia effect of Ropivacaine combined with different concentrations of Sufentanil on labor analgesia.Methods A total of 210 pregnant women who were admitted to Beijing Yanhua Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into low concentration group (n=105) and high concentration group (n=105) according to the random number table method.The pregnant women in low concentration group were anesthetized with 0.1% Ropivacaine+0.2 μg/ml Sufentanil,and pregnant women in high concentration group were anesthetized with 0.1% Ropivacaine+0.4 μg/ml Sufentanil.The short-from McGill pain questionnaire (SF-MPQ) score after 30 and 50 min of anesthesia,when the uterine opening to the ten fingers,and at delivery,onset time of pain control,maintenance time of pain control,postpartum blood loss and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The SF-MPQ scores of the high concentration group were lower than those of the low concentration group after 30 and 50 min of anesthesia,when the uterine orificium was opened to ten fingers,and at delivery,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The onset time of pain control in the high concentration group was shorter than that in the low concentration group,the maintenance time of pain control was longer than that in the low concentration group,and the postpartum blood loss was less than that in the low concentration group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women receiving 0.1% Ropivacaine+0.4 μg/ml Sufentanil during childbirth are more effective,has a faster onset analgesia,which can more effectively reduce the pain of pregnant women,prolong the analgesia time,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions of anesthesia compared with those in 0.1% Ropivacaine + 0.2 μg/ml Sufentanil.
