Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of Risperidone in patients with schizophrenia. Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,78 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Ruijin Ankang Hospital were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group (39 cases) and the control group (39 cases). The observation group was given Risperidone treatment, and the control group was given Olanzapine treatment. The course of treatment were twevel weeks. The levels of serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF),insulin-like growth factor-2 (IGF-2),interleukin-13 (IL-13) and the scores of social function assessment scale (SSFPI),intelligent mental state examination scale (MMSE),positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The efficacy and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The levels of serum BDNF,IGF-2 and IL-13 in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those in the same group before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of serum BDNF and IGF-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of serum IL-13 between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).The SSFPI and MMSE scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those of the same group before treatment, while the PANSS score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001).After treatment, the SSFPI and MMSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the PANSS scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the clinical effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Risperidone is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia.Compared with Olanzapine,Risperidone has fewer clinical adverse reactions, which is more conducive to the improvement of clinical symptoms, the improvement of serum indexes and the recovery of social function.
