Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 75 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number table method, and 38 patients in the reference group were given routine nursing intervention,37 patients in the experimental group were given routine nursing combined with continuous nursing intervention. The nursing compliance of the two groups of patients,as well as the improvement of daily life function, motor function and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of nursing compliance in the experimental group (94.59%)was higher than that of the reference group(76.32%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, there were no significant differences in the activity of daily living scale(ADL)and fugl-meyer assessment(FMA)scores of patients in the two groups(P>0.05);after the nursing, the ADL and FMA scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scale (SF-36)score of the patients in the experimental group after nursing was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The practical effect of applying continuous nursing in the treatment of hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction is more prominent and worthy of application.
