Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of specific nursing on children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura treated by drugs.Methods A total of 90 children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects,all of them were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.All children were treated by Prednisone and Gamma Globulin,and children in control group were given routine nursing,children in observation group were given specific nursing.The change time of white blood cell count(PLT),total incidence of complications,medication compliance and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time for PLT to reach 50×109/L,100×109/L and peak value in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The compliance of children in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of specific nursing for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients with drug treatment are clear,which can rapidly increase the white blood cell count,reduce complications,improve compliance and satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
