Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the reduction and internal fixation of maxillofacial fractures. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with maxillofacial fractures diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent reduction and internal fixation surgery and were divided into control group and research group according to different nursing schemes,60 cases in each group. The control group applied routine nursing intervention, and the research group applied comprehensive nursing intervention, the nursing effect and subjective nursing experience difference between the two groups were compared. Results The excellent care rate of patients in the research group was higher(100.00%)than that of the control group (90.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the subjective nursing experience score of the research group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a good effect in the sturdy internal fixation of maxillofacial fracture reduction. It can assist surgical treatment, achieve anatomical reduction of maxillofacial fracture, and maximize the occlusal relationship and subjective nursing experience.
