Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical application effect of personalized psychological nursing in patients with cholecystitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with cholecystitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.In the control group,routine nursing was used,and in the observation group,personalized psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing was adopted.The changes of the mental status scale in non-psychiatric settings (MSSNS)score before and after nursing and the knowledge of cholecystitis between the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the MSSNSscores between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).After nursing,the MSSNSscores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the MSSNS scores in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The knowledge of cholecystitis cognition in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of personalized psychological nursing in patients with cholecystitis is remarkable.
