Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of individualized high-quality nursing interventions on postoperative trauma and fracture of limbs. Methods Ninety patients with traumatic limb fractures who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group received individualized high-quality nursing interventions, the improvement of patients′pain and their satisfaction with nursing care were compared. Results After nursing, the pain total relief rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized highquality nursing intervention can effectively reduce postoperative pain and improve patients′satisfaction with nursing.
