以家庭为中心的护理在肾病综合征患儿中的应用

摘要目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理在肾病综合征（NS）患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月～2018年10月我院收治的92例NS患儿为研究对象，根据就诊时间顺序分为对照组和观察组，每组各46例。对照组给予儿科常规护理，观察组实施以家庭为中心的护理干预。比较两组的治疗效果和6个月内复发率，采用少儿主观生活质量问卷（ISLQ）对生活质量进行评价。结果观察组的治疗效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后3和6个月复发率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预前两组ISLQ生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组干预后3和6个月ISLQ生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论以家庭为中心的护理有助于提高NS患儿的治疗效果，降低复发率，改善患儿生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To discuss the application effect of family centered nursing on children with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods A total of 92 children with NSin our hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects.All of them were divided into control group and observation group according to the time of treatment,46 cases in each group.Children in control group were given routine pediatric care,and children in observation group carried out family centered nursing intervention.The therapeutic effect,recurrence rates within 6 months were compared,and the quality of life was evaluated by the subjective quality of life questionnaire for children (ISQL).Results The therapeutic effect in observation group was better than that of control group (P＜0.05).The recurrence rates in observation group were lower than those in control group at 3 and 6 months after intervention(P＜0.05).There was no difference in ISQL score between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05);while ISQL scores in observation group were higher than those in control group at 3 and 6 months after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Family centered nursing can increase the therapeutic effect,reduce the recurrence rate,and improve the quality of life of children with NS.
