Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of postoperative psychological nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life of patients undergoing hysterectomy.Methods A total of 104 patients with hysterectomy treated in our hospital from August 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and study group according to different postoperative nursing plan,52 cases in each group.The control group was only given routine nursing intervention,the study group added psychological nursing intervention,the differences in postoperative negative emotions and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the score of the 90-item self-assessment scale (SCL-90)in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The WHO quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BRE)scores in the study group and control group at 1 month were higher than those at 1 week after operation,and the WHOQOL-BRE scores at 1 week and 1 month after operation in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce the negative emotion and improve the quality of life of patients during hysterectomy.It is worth learning from clinical.
