Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of grading nursing in patients with otogenic vertigo.Methods A total of 78 patients with otogenic vertigo admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given graded nursing intervention.The incidence of falls,total nursing compliance and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of falls in the observation group was 2.56%,lower than 20.51%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total compliance rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.44%,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing was 97.44%,respectively higher than 76.92%and 74.36%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Grading nursing can reduce the incidence of falls in patients with otogenic vertigo and improve the compliance and satisfaction of patients.
