Application effect of high quality nursing in postpartum hemorrhage patients with gestational hypertension syndrome

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in postpartum hemorrhage patients with pregnancy hypertension syndrome. Methods A total of 110 cases of postpartum hemorrhage with gestational hypertension syndrome diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the quality group,with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the quality group was given quality nursing services on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure, blood loss and quality of life of patients were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the blood pressure level of patients in the high quality group was lower than that of the control group, the amount of postpartum blood loss at 2 and 24 h were less than those of the control group, and the scores of each quality of life index were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life and blood pressure level of postpartum hemorrhage patients with gestational hypertension syndrome.
