Objective To explore the application effect of integrated nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and heart failure (HF). Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with CHD and HF admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the study objects. According to the odd even grouping mode, they were divided into control group and study group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given integrated nursing. The compliance, quality of life and satisfaction of nursing of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance of exercise, reasonable diet, medication and reexamination in the study group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). The quality of life score of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, the quality of life score of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of integrated nursing in elderly patients with CHD and HF has a reliable effect, which can improve the compliance of patients, improve the relationship between nurses and patients, and improve the quality of life of patients, so it has a positive significance in clinical promotion.
