摘要 
目的 探讨护患沟通应用于高血压患者护理中的临床效果。方法 选取2017年4月~2018年10月我院收治的120 例高血压患者作为研究对象。按照交替分组法分为参照组(n=60)和护理组(n=60)。参照组采用常规沟通护理,护理组采取护患沟通。比较两组护理前后的依从性评分和焦虑抑郁程度。以依从性量表(MMAS-8)评估两组的依从性,以汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估护理前后的心理状态。结果 护理前,两组的MMAS-8 评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,护理组的MMAS-8 评分为(6.05±0.39)分,高于参照组的(5.12±0.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的HAMA、HAMD 评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,护理组的HAMA、HAMD 评分低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与常规沟通护理比较,护患沟通用于高血压患者护理中的临床优势更明显,可有效缓解不良情绪,并提高患者治疗和护理的配合度,具有一定的临床价值,值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing-patient communication in the nursing of hypertension patients. Methods A total of 120 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study objects. According to the alternating grouping method, the patients were divided into the reference group (n=60) and the nursing group (n=60). Routine communication nursing was used in the reference group and good communication nursing was used in the nursing group. The compliance scores and the degree of anxiety and depression before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Compliance scale (MMAS-8) was used to evaluate the compliance of the two groups, and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) were used to evaluate the psychological state before and after nursing. Results There was no significant difference in MMAS-8 score between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the MMAS-8 score of nursing group was (6.05±0.39) points, which was higher than that of reference group of (5.12±0.65) points, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before nursing, there were no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the nursing group were lower than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the routine communication nursing, the application of nurse patient communication in the nursing of hypertension patients has more obvious clinical advantages, which can effectively alleviate the bad mood, and improve the cooperation degree of patients′ treatment and nursing. It has a certain clinical value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
