针对性护理干预在剖宫产围术期的应用效果

摘要目的探讨针对性护理干预在剖宫产围术期的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年6月～2020年1月我院收治的60 例剖宫产产妇，按照护理方法的不同分为对照组与观察组，每组各30 例。对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组采用针对性护理模式，比较两组负面情绪评分、并发症及护理满意度。结果护理后，观察组抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的并发症总发生率为3.33%，低于对照组的20.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的总满意度为100.00%，高于对照组的86.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对性护理干预应用在剖宫产围术期，可缓解患者负面情绪，预防并发症发生，提高满意度，有效控制风险，临床应用价值高。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in the perioperative period of cesarean section. Methods Retrospective analysis of 60 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from June 2018 to January 2020 was made. According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. Routine nursing mode was used in the control group, and targeted nursing mode was used in the observation group. Results After nursing, the scores of self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%, lower than 20.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, higher than 86.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of targeted nursing intervention in the perioperative period of cesarean section can alleviate the negative emotions of patients, prevent complications, improve satisfaction, effectively control risks, and has high clinical application value.
