Abstract:Objective To explore the nursing value of lung function training for elderly chronic bronchitis in remission period. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis during period of remission treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. In control group, routine nursing in internal medicine combined with psychological nursing was used, while in observation group, on the basis of the control group, lung function training was added. After analyzing and comparing the efficacy and lung function improvement of the two groups, the nursing value of lung function training for elderly chronic bronchitis in remission period was estimated. Results The total response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the forced expiratory volume at the first second (FEV1) and forced vital capacity (FVC) of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the FEV1 and FVC in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with chronic bronchitis during period of remission, lung function training can be adopted in nursing, which has high application value, enhances the therapeutic effect, and can also improve the patient′s lung function index. It is worthy of reference and application in the clinical nursing.
