优质护理服务的延续护理对脑卒中患者康复的影响

摘要目的观察优质护理服务的延续护理对脑卒中（CVA）患者康复的影响。方法选取2017年9月～2018年11月我院收治的84 例CVA 患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组，每组各42 例。观察组采用优质护理服务的延续护理，对照组采用常规护理，比较两组的神经功能情况、日常生活能力、自我护理能力及护理满意度。结果两组干预前的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NHISS）评分、巴塞尔指数（Barthel）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），两组干预后的NHISS 评分低于干预前，Barthel 评分高于干预前；且观察组干预后的NHISS 评分低于对照组，观察组干预后的Barthel 评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组干预前的自我护理能力测定量表（ESCA）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），两组干预后的ESCA 评分高于干预前，且观察组干预后的ESCA 评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在CVA 患者康复中用优质护理服务的延续护理，能改善患者神经功能缺损情况及日常生活能力，提高自我护理能力及护理满意度，效果较好，值得借鉴。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of continued nursing of high-quality nursing services on the rehabilitation of stroke patients (CVA). Methods From September 2017 to November 2018, 84 cases of CVA patients in our hospital were selected as the research object, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, 42 cases in each group. The observation group patients continued the use of high-quality nursing services, the patients in the control group used routine nursing, the neurological function, daily living ability, self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. were compared. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the national institutes of health stroke scale (NHISS) score and the basel index (Barthel) score between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05). After of intervention the two groups, the NHISS score was lower than before the intervention, Barthel score was higher than that before intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05), and the NHISS score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group, the Barthel score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the selfcare ability measurement scale (ESCA) before intervention (P＞0.05). The ESCA score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that of the intervention before, the ESCA score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing of high-quality nursing services in the rehabilitation of CVA patients can improve the patient′s neurological deficit and daily living ability, and improve self-care ability and nursing satisfaction. The effect is good and worth learning.
