Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of ″red ribbon care center″ combined with comfort nursing in acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients. Methods A total of 90 AIDS patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=45)and observation group (n=45) according to the parallel control method. The control group adopted the conventional nursing method, and the observation group adopted the ″red ribbon care center″+comfort nursing intervention, the anxiety score, depression score, quality of life score and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The anxiety score (SAS) and depression score (SDS) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group, the total satisfaction rate was 97.78%, higher than 82.22% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of red ribbon care center and comfort nursing can improve the anxiety and depression of AIDS patients, and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
