Application of single-hole laparoscopy in patients with tubal pregnancy

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of single-hole laparoscopy in patients with tubal pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 patients with tubal pregnancy who were treated in People′s Hospital of Jishui County from April to November 2019 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group underwent three-hole laparoscopy,and the study group underwent single-hole laparoscopy.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time,length of hospital stay,incision pain,satisfaction and treatment efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The operation time in the study group was longer than that in the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Comparison of preoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference (P＞0.05).At 1 and 3 days after the operation,the VASscores of the two groups were lower than those of the two groups,and the VASscores of study group were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 93.33%,higher than that in the control group of 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.66%,which was higher than that in the control group of 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss and exhaust time between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of tubal pregnancy patients,single-hole laparoscopic surgery can effectively reduce the patients′pain,improve the satisfaction of clinical treatment,further shorten the length of hospitalization of the patient,and allow the patients to recover as soon as possible.It has high clinical application value.
